Phillips and Jordan is a truly unique contractor: at times we are a Prime Contractor, performing work directly for the Owner; other times we are a Subcontractor performing work for a variety of Prime Contractors. At times we work in the Private Sector; other times in the Public Sector. Our extensive and varied experiences from such a wide range of clients have given us a unique perspective of construction projects. We have developed a style of contracting that minimizes confrontations, maximizes communication, and stresses safety, quality, and productivity. We view each project as a Team effort, comprised of the owner, the professionals, the other contractors, and Phillips and Jordan.
