Phillips and Jordan has completed hundreds of acres of landfill and liner projects for a diversity of owners in both the public and private sectors. This experience has made us sensitive and flexible to the specific needs of each landfill and liner project that we undertake.
We typically self-perform approximately 70% of the work on landfill and liner projects. Items we perform include: engineering layout, record drawings, land clearing, excavation, storm drainage, clay liner (natural and amended), protective cover, leachate collection piping and manholes, force main piping, pump stations, geo grid, stone base, rip rap, and erosion control. The continuity gained by self-performing all of these activities results in unparalleled quality control, tighter schedule control, and efficient management throughout the project.
