Subdivisions
Phillips and Jordan self-performs approximately 80% of the work on typical subdivision and community development projects. This includes clearing, grading, storm drainage, water and sewer. For the remaining work, we use a number of qualified and experienced subcontractors who have proven themselves and are familiar with our work processes and expectations. Performing such a large portion of the work ourselves allows us to ensure owners a high level of quality and schedule control. It also gives us the ability to quickly and efficiently handle any challenges that may arise during the course of the project.
We understand the concerns of owners and realize that we are part of the foundation of successful projects. With this in mind, we strive to be proactive in resolving any issues or problems. Open communication is always maintained with the owner and we are always available to provide solutions.
