Phillips and Jordan, Inc. (P&J) is a general and specialty contractor established in 1952. Our core competencies lie in land clearing, earthmoving, underground utilities, erosion control, storm drainage, and debris management. 

 

P&J serves numerous markets including: industrial and commercial site development; residential and community site development; highways and transportation; dams, levees, and reservoirs; government sector; power and energy; oil and gas; rail; landfills; and disaster response. We work throughout the United States from Alaska to Florida and California to Maine performing projects ranging in size from a few thousand to over three-quarters of a billion dollars. 

 

Our executive management team has been in place for over twenty years, we have a fleet of over 1,000 pieces of construction equipment, and we are a financially strong and stable company.
