City of Hollister Seasonal Storage Ponds-Phases 1, 2, and 3

San Benito County, Hollister, California
Phillips and Jordan, Inc. was contracted to construct seasonal storage ponds for the water treatment facility in the City of Hollister, California.  The work consisted of  the excavation of 676,000 cubic yards of material and the installation of approximately 8,000 LF of pipeline to move treated water from the plant to seasonal storage ponds.

San Diego County - Removal of Dead, Dying, and Diseased Trees

The County of San Diego awarded P&J 12 contracts to remove 251,535 dead, dying and diseased trees.  Much of the debris was brought to a cogeneration plant to be used to generate power.  In addition, hundreds of truck loads of firewood was supplied to local firewood vendors throughout Southern California.
