Southern Loop Project

This project was a 53 mile 345kV transmission line starting at the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Facility in Vernon and ending at Owner's existing Coolidge substation on the Cavendish/Ludlow town line. Philips and Jordan, Inc. was contracted by Arizona Public Service Co. to perform 500-L vegetation management for a lump sum price. This included cutting the vegetation and the danger trees along the ROW. The ROW clearing covered a distance of 367 miles.

Kibby Mountain Wind Farm
Franklin County, Kibby and Skinner Townships, Maine
P&J performed powerline ROW clearing and access road construction for this wind farm project. The access road passed through environmentally sensitive wetlands, matted roadway (wooden) was utilized for these areas. A total of 24,000 LF of mats were installed. P&J also delivered and spotted 450 power poles for Trans-Canada Wind Energy.

P&J performed the construction of approximately 1,720 lineal feet of at grade access road, four at grade structure pads, and one raised structure pad.
