Site development for new construction at the Diageo Rum Distillery. Phillips and Jordan was responsible for the off-island sitework construction management, sitework equipment management, and supply of sitework materials as well as the on-island equipment, materials, labor and incidentals for the Tomsa and Veolia work sites.
