Our supervisors and crews are extremely conscious and cautious of other contractor’s work. Apartment site development projects often require smaller equipment than what is typically used on larger projects, as well as a great deal of work by hand crews. This hand-work is performed in the initial stages of close quarters precision work, and in the final stages of the project if we do a “second pass” of the site to ensure aesthetic quality, especially in “green areas”.
