SCENIC STATION RAIL TERMINAL FACILITY CONSTRUCTION

The Scenic Station Rail Terminal will be a unit train facility that provides rail unloading and tank storage for West Canadian Crude. The facility will be dually connected to both the Canadian National Railway and Kansas City Southern Railway, as well as to the Anchorage Tank Farm that serves the ExxonMobil Baton Rouge Refinery.
Phillips & Jordan is providing all civil site development services required for construction of the new rail and storage tank facility including clearing and grubbing; construction of span bridges over existing utility easements; temporary and permanent roadway construction; preparation of laydown yards; preparation of manifold and administration building pads; installation of storm drainage; preparation of tank battery pads and berms; installation of a high density polyethylene (HDPE) lined fire pond and HDPE piping infrastructure for water supply; Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan preparation and compliance; and landscaping.
